How often do you guys check your settings/set up?

How often do you guys check your settings/set up?

I am wondering how often you guys do a check, it would seem that you can not simply do a check, you would need to start from scratch and set up completely all over again.

Actually not that often at all. I check VTF occasionally but nothing else. There's no need so I don't bother.

After I've made a setup change, or if I notice some change in sound or other parameter.
For instance, after I had set VTF, I noticed that the arm felt heavy when I was cuing it up by hand. It turned out to be way off, I'm guessing because I may have forgotten to tighten down the counterweight after making an adjustment.
Other than that, set and forget. Even though I can set VTA every time, I don't.

I check/recheck about every three months unless I hear something out of whack, then I check it ASAP.

I just set and forget unless I change something or hear something change.

Once every couple of months if only to check all is still in good order. VTF a little more often or when I feel something has changed.

I'm often swapping TT's around. In this case check completely every time.

Then I might get in to my head to try change something or other to see if anything else is there to be squeezed out.
