Hi,
My name is Ajith and am very new to this forum,recently I could obtain a subject Garrard with 110 V input power.It needs stylus replacement and some stylus wiring etc.All in all am looking for a service manual for this 40 mark 2 .Can anybody help me with this doc?? Thanks a lot for your help.Cheers!!

Hi!

Model 40B owner's manual can be downloaded from the library here. You can use that to check if you have a 110 volts motor only or a dual voltage type. If it is 110 volts only then you shall require a stepdown transformer. Hopefully the pulley is the correct one for 50H supply.

Dear LPfan,
Thanks a lot for your response.I have got this 40mark2 from the original purchaser only and he did it when he was in the US.He has tested and shown me it working(platter movement)after connecting to a stepdown X-former.Yes,the pulley has been changed to Indian standards.Any luck I can get your contact Number??
