Anti-Skate Weight

I've got an old Rotel RP 3300 TT wich is missing its Anti-Skate Weight from the Tonearm. It doesn't seem to be affecting play other than the arm goes all over the place when it's lifted off the vinyl.

Is there anything I can do as a counter measure?
