If I knew I would elicit such a response I would never have posted the above.
You are far off the mark. I have a very good relationship with Michell Engineering, the company, and the family and employees as well.Upon their births my sons received a genuine GyroBear and TecnoBear, respectively.
It was I who released the maintenance of the original site many years ago, , urging the company to find someone in the UK for maintenance, and then to start the development of a new site.
I was informed a long time ago that this development had started. It only took (quite) a while, leading to today's surprise
