I can see what you mean, just had a look on Ebay and there is only one worth looking at: Superfly on Ebay

Mine is a re-issue, some 180gram so called highfidelity pressing...but it sounds not to bad.

Thanks for the tip. One of the neighborhood folks came over this morning
with 2 copies one in excellent and the other in good condition. They both have the original paper liner. I had a standing offer around here of $20 for a good (by my standards) copy. I was presented with the two this morning for $25. I'm going to run them both through my RCM before I try them.

Off the top of my head,

Spacemen 3 - Perfect Prescription
Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here
Jane's Addiction - Ritual Del Lo Habitual
Bob Dylan - The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan
Portishead - Roseland NYC
The Orb - U.F. Orb
Global Communication - 76:14
Janos Starker - Bach: Suites for Solo Cello
Tangerine Dream - Stratosfear
Grandaddy - The Sophtware Slump

Not on many best of lists but I love them all for different reasons. Variety.
Partly chosen because the vinyl releases are leagues above their CD counterparts.

Pink Floyd - Meddle
The Beatles - Revolver
Rolling Stones - Exile on Main Street
Rolling Stones - Sticky Fingers

Sorry those are eleven, can keep going though..

Pearl Jam - 10

I must admit I do find it a bit strange how a lot of people are nominating Animals for Pink Floyd. 25 years ago I was a huge fan, not so much now, but, if I recall correctly, the songs on Animals are a bit of a mix of songs they had written a couple of years earlier, such as Raving and Drooling, and songs written for that album. The older songs were renamed to fit with the Animals title. I always thought it was good but not great. Maybe I should listen to it again, it has been probably 20 years.

Dead Kennedys - Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables.
Queen- A Night at the Opera
Frank Zappa - Jazz from Hell
The Who - A Quick One/Happy Jack
Led Zeppelin - II
The Beatles - SPLHCB
U2 - Rattle and Hum
Talking Heads - Stop Making Sense
Jim Croce - You Don't Mess Around With Jim
Iron Maiden - Somewhere Back in Time

This is a hard task... If I would picked these yesterday they probably wouldn't have been the same. :)

Led Zeppelin - IV
Jimi Hendrix - Are you experienced (UK edition, only because it has Red House)
Black Sabbath - Paranoid
AC/DC - High Voltage
The Clash - London Calling
Cream - Disraeli Gears (had to have something with Eric Clapton on this list)
Stevie Ray Vaughan - Texas Flood (only because Live at the El Mocambo doesn't exist on vinyl)
Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon
BB King - Live at the Regal (if I can only choose one....)
Zeca Afonso - Cantigas do Maio (portuguese iconic record from 1971, revolutionary stuff at the time for a country under a 40+ year dictatorship)

A pretty generic list, but what can one do...
And I agree with davidsss, Animals??? Why, because liking DSOTM or The Wall is too mainstream?
(Just kidding, of course...)

In no particular order:

Led Zeppelin - Physical Graffiti
Psychedelic Furs - Mirror Moves
Black Sabbath - Heaven and Hell
AC/DC - Powerage
The Who - Who's Next
Alice Cooper - Special Forces
Echo and the Bunnymen - Echo and the Bunnymen
PJ Harvey - Stories from the City, Stories from the Sea
The Stone Roses - The Stone Roses
Bob Dylan - Blood on the Tracks

Limiting it to 10 forces some great albums off the list, but I could live with these 10.

I have all but PJ's Stories... on vinyl. Really need to find a reasonably priced copy!

Here are my ten must haves. I picked these because I find myself playing them and enjoying them most on my system.
Fleetwood Mac - Fleetwood Mac ( I prefer this to Rumours)
The Who - Quadrophenia
ZZ Top - Fandango (just good ole kick a Rock and Roll, specially Heard it on the X)
Grateful Dead - Terrapin Station (Great sounding Quality recording on 180g)
Ventures - Surfin' (mono)
Brian Setzer - Guitar Slinger
Joe Jackson - Night and Day
Pink Floyd - Animals (of course WYWH and DSOTM, Division Bell)
Neil Young and Crazy Horse - Everybody knows this is Nowhere
Steely Dan - Royal Scam (almost any Steely Dan sounds great)

Had to add this.. Alan Parsons - I Robot (or any APP for that matter)
This could be a list of 100 must haves.. it's so hard to just pick 10/11..
