Kenwood L-07D Turntable

This is probably a pipe dream, but I am a former owner of a Kenwood L-07D turntable from way back...circa 1980. Of course I was young and naive at the time and I think I traded it for a pair of Polk speakers. If I only knew then what I know now!

Anyway, does anyone out there know where one could find a L-07D in reasonably good condition and subsequently does anyone do refurbish work on these tables?

Anyway, if anyone has connections or knows about these tables please let me know.

finding a L-07D is not easy, they are rare beasts. Thought to have been only 330 or so made.

There are two people who can refurbish them, and one who can completely rebuild the plinths if damaged.

Howard who is based on the eastern seaboard in the US...does the electronics etc.
Richard at Vantage in the UK who does the electronics and plinth work.

Look on ebay, they do come up from time to time, but shipping is the real problem. Here is a link to repairs done by Vantage of mine....you get an idea of the damage that can be done by bad packaging!!!

I happen to own this Turntable. I'd like to sell this Kenwood L-07D Turntable.
I hate to let it go but I need cash!!!

Few scratches but nothing major, and the turntable works fine.
