Postby Luuix » 01 Aug 2012 16:26

good day to all!

i received this beautiful turntable as family heirloom... but it is wired to european standard 220v [for denmark].

i would like to use it in the us, downloaded the operation and service docs in vinylengine for it, but it does not have the switched power supply, any suggestions?

thanks in advance,

From a quick look at the schematics it's just the voltage, not the frequency that needs changing. If this is the case you either need to source a US spec 120V internal transformer (1-447-681-00), fuse holder (1-533-131-00) and fuse (1-610-850-00) etc, or just get an external 120 to 220V step up transformer and plug into it. The deck is only rated at 23 watts so you shouldn't need anything too massive?
