Found a good copy of "Troglodites" by the Jimmy Castor Bunch (1973) ("And now, we're gonna go back into time...way back…") at a brocante shop nearby. Good souvenir of the crazy disco nights of the seventies!

Well, I got a Perry Como box set of six 45's today. It came out in 1948, and the box set was only like 5 bucks or so!!

Somebody emptied their jukebox and donated it to my work. I selected a few good ones for myself!

Got a question...I haven't taken a mag glass to it, yet, buth was this 45 done by Robert Ludwig, or does that apply to the LP only?
Sorry for the cell phone pic...not pretty.

No photos but today I found a 45 that I have been looking for for over fifty years! =D> ISLAND IN THE SUN/Harry Belafonte/RCA 47-6885. My original is badly, unplayablely edge-warped. I also got one single-sided 45: PRESSURE/ Billy Joel/Columbia CHR 03321. Others are: RIDE CAPTAIN RIDE; SUNDOWN; ELVIRA; ANOTHER SATURDAY NIGHT; TAKE ME HOME, COUNTRY ROADS. Last but not least: PROMISED LAND Elvis Presley/RCA Victor PB-10074, the only Presley song that I have ever liked.

Oddly, I rarely look through the 45s when I am crate-digging, for some reason today was a happy exception.
