Magnavox Micromatic Stereo/Player - Model 1ST647

Postby Tonester63 » 22 Jul 2012 01:29

I have a Magnavox Micromatic Stereo/Player looking for a part to complete a DIY restoration. On the front face near the bottom middle there is a "RED" plastic transparent piece and on the back side there is a small bulb behind the red plastic piece. I don't have a manual and can't find a the voltage of the glass bulb and also looking for a copy of the booket for this "Model:1ST647, Run:2, Finish:FRWD, S/N:3171054, MFG:Fort Wayne Indiana" and can anyone please give me the year of this stereo since Magnavox has no record of this stereo/player since it is too old for Magnavox Mfg and there records....ThanX from the Tonester63.. :?

Can you use a multimeter to read the voltage from the contacts?

Cheers,
Alec
