A bit obvious, but no replies looks sad to me;-)

Thanks for the replies guys :D
Sorry for the late reply - I've been fishing for the past 3 days, sorry, camping!!

Basically, I'd like to know how good this arm is. I was gearing towards a Jelco 750D as it's highly recommended for the Technics 1210, I've been offered the Micro Seiki and although I can find very little information on the arm, regarding how good it is, I'm seriously tempted....

Is it a 202 L? I have 3 Micro arms. They wear well and looks the biz and I will never sell any of them.

I have the specs of my 202L if you want to know.

I'm not sure if it's an 'L'. It was just put to me as a 202. I know the mounting distance is 237mm and nothing more I'm afraid.

It's not really the specs of the arm I require, I just want to know how highly regarded they are. Obviously you're extremely happy with yours which is good :)

Hi all,

I am using a Denon DP 2500 and I am quite satisfied. But now I received an offer for a MR 711 with a MA202L for an extreme fair price.

My question is in regard of the effective mass which I Need to know because of my Akutex catridges which might not fit. Does someone have the data?

Regards in advance

Only 7? You need more!
The Micro 771 is AFAIK a superb turntable, not often found at a good price. Getting a cartridge to match would be no problem at all.
If you feel you have too many turntables, sell the least favorite.

I too have just purchased an MA 202 it is definately not the L. I too will be looking to fit it on my Technics SL1210. I know it has on the fly vta which definately appeals to me although I'm not sure if the 202's vta is as easy to use as that on the stock Techie. I'd like to know if anyone has experience of the MA 202 and just any general info really. I dont think I'll try and fit it myself though so will be hopin to find someone who knows what they are doing and who will do the whole armboard thing for me too. I dont know anything about the mass of this arm but think it's likely medium mass and would suit my Ortofon 2M Black better than the lightish stock Techie arm - any advise / helpful comments would be much appreciated re: this arm and project - Thanks.
