http://www.hifiengine.com/library/pioneer/ct-f950.shtml here's the service manual. You'll have to take the faceplate off and some other stuff. Use what we used to call a buger hook to manipulate them. Really not too hard of a job. You can get the belts here
http://www.vintage-electronics.cc/pioneerkits.html if you don't have them already. The flat one is the hardest, usually you have to loosen a nylon screw to slip it past and around the flywheel. Retighten the screw when your done and then back it off a half turn and lock it back down with some super glue or nail polish. Fairly easy once you have done one. Sofar I've had to do four Sansui's and a Pioneer, the CTF-700. The Sansui CS-5100 was the worst one.
