Has anyone had experiences with Sumiko doing repairs?
A while back I sent off my Debut for repairs and just received it back scratched and chipped, both the plinth and the dust cover! I keep my items in pristine condition, and am appalled, I contacted Sumiko re. this, and was told that they received it in that condition, they were able to pinpoint the chips and all... I most definitely didn't send it that way, and it's not the kind of damage to occur during shipment (besides I packaged it to their spec's).
Is this normal???
