DUAL CS503

Hi, I have a DUAL CS503 which has been boxed for a number of years (10 ish) , when I recently tried to return to service the turntable does not start. I have checked the fuse, made sure the earth wire is on etc- anyone have any ideas please, would love to get the old records out again

Or stuck main switch, maybe? That's a pretty usual Dual problem...
