Hi guys, I'm new here and posting from the UK. I just picked up a lovely original AR Legend (The Turntable in the US) with the Mission 774LC arm. The cueing lever is not working properly. I have stripped it but cannot find any way to make it rise all the way and fall, nothing appears broken but any ideas welcome.
I don'd know what a 774 is, but I had an XB with a similar problem. Solution?. Turn the ferruled cueing pin that sits inside the post that the tone arm rests on 1/8 to 1/4 turn anti-clockwise. As time passes by, the arm will again not rise to full height, so repeat the process. Worked for me. In fact I think it was in the manual. Cheers WB
