The 3k and the 6k resistors are the ones someone added to replace the pot. The 10k and 750 ohm are the original barrel shaped resistors Garrard mounted on a single bolt below where the pot used to be. I am guessing the Black wire that has come loose (the x on the drawing), probably came from the junction on the 3k and 6k resistors (simulating the wiper of the pot when it's set to about 1/3.)
