Anyone put an upgraded stylus on a Nagaoka MP100?

Postby hal55 » 30 Jul 2012 03:10

I've just won a MP100 cheaply on Ebay and am already wondering about putting a better stylus on it. I am pretty sure the MP100/MP110 are the same body exactly, only the stylus being different (elliptical instead of conical) and that cartridges from further up the line can also be fitted.
Comments from anyone who has upgraded a MP100 body much appreciated, particularly regarding surface noise, and whether or not they thought the upgrade worthwhile.

Thanks,

There are some things you can't cover up with lipstick and powder

Thank you, that answers pretty much everything including that stylus such as the 200 can be used. If anyone has any other comment though on what the best "bang for buck" upgrade is I'd be most interested.

Cheers,
