Ortofon OM 5E vs OM 10

I have Rega RP1 with Ortofon 5E. I also have Ortofon OM 10 brand new.
Is OM 10 better then 5E? In other words would I gain better sound if I changed OM 5E for OM10?
Thanx

Grozni: You wouldn't gain much, as the needle 10 basically doesn't really differ from the 5E in quality, but just in compliance/tracking force - an it's probably debatable, which of the two would fit better to the arm of your Rega. The bodies are the same, btw, so swapping just the needle would do to check, whether you happen to find the 10 better. But if you'd actually like a significant upgrade, you'd rather have to invest in an original needle 20 or 30...

Manfred's right.
Just pull the 5E stylus off the cart and stick the 10 on. If you want to go further up the line the 20 and 30 styli both are an easy push on installation on the cart you already have.
