It's interesting how low some carts ride. I was worried that my AT440MLa body sits so close to the record, but these pictures show that many other carts ride very low as well.

Technics SL1210 MkII (not really seen) + AT95E in action. Shot by Canon EOS 5D MkII + Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro:
Stacked Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS USM + Sigma 50mm F1.4 EX DG HSM. Math shows 4 times the magnification at 200mm compared to bare 100mm macro lens. Also tried "focus stacking" (blending photos with different focus points into one). Not very successfully, there's lots of artefacts, and the sharpness is often less due to blending...And the results:
P.S.: Now I have the sudden urge to buy a more advanced stylus just for the sake of photographing it! And try how it sounds, of course...

I ordered a 77mm to 77 threaded coupling ring to align both lenses better, for the images above I just slightly taped them together. I'm also considering buying extension macro tubes, but I have no idea if they do anything for reverse stacked combo. And flash extension cord should come handy... Spending time again!
