the top picture of the Dynavector XV-1s shows two curiosities:

1- an apparent jelly in the air gap between coils and body.

2- TWO apparent tips mounted 180 degrees from each other on the cantilever.

What are those?

i think the tip has only one functioning site, it is just longer to get a better-steadier positioning. of course i might be wrong...

That's amazing. It's like having a piece of 2001 A Space Odyssey on the end of a turntable arm. Monolithic. I guess it might sound good too. I instantly want one but I suspect that it's too weird to go on an RB300.
