Leveling the turn table?

Postby quickinstinct » 18 Jul 2012 03:12

I recently got an Ariston Q deck and I noticed the legs can twist and turn but doesn't seem to raise or lower the table at all.

Does anyone know if the Ariston Q deck legs are actually adjustable for leveling or if i need to level the furniture it is on instead?

Hi Alec,

Thanks for the quick response. However it doesn't appear the manual addresses leveling of the deck other than saying "make sure the table or furniture the deck is on is level." Would you take this as meaning the Q-deck itself does not have adjustable legs?

I would, particularly given the fact that turning them does not adjust them.

Cheers,

Q-deck has the same plinth as an Icon. It is like Alec says: you cannot adjust them.
There is an Issue wich counts for the plinth for as well Q-deck and Icon: The felt on the rubber feet and/or the rubber feet themselves 'cave in' (I hope it is the correct English) during time so seriously that the plastic bottom of the Plinth touches the surface on wich the TT stands. Consequence: Increase of Acoustic Feedback. Cure: place between the metal holders of the rubber feet and the MDF Plinth a couple of large format Washers.
