I had one of these and I liked it. It had a separate motor for the platter and for the tone arm operation. Kind of weird to see the arm move without the platter spinning. It was very well made. Acording to an article in HI-FI magazine in the early 70's they said it was the first semi-automatic turntable imported from Japan to arrive in the United States. The list price at that time was $129.99.
