Crying or Very sad The Multi-Award winning Pro-Ject Xpression turntable is Not in Vinyl Engine Library.

Three versions of the Pro-Ject Xpression so far (I,II,III)

There info and docs are available at www.henleydesigns.co.uk
http://www.henleydesigns.co.uk.....ntentID=91
and the same url ending in 63 and 106
The 'Further Info' links on these pages lead to free docs downloads.

eg Review Excerpts
Pro-ject Xpression II, Hi-Fi Choice, February 2007
Jason Kennedy of Hi - Fi Choice reviews the Pro-ject Xpression II. Not only marking it a fantastic 87% but also awarding it Hi - Fi Choice's 'Best Buy' award.
"It is open, energetic and spacious, with plenty of detail and a good helping of tonal colour."
"Unlike some budget decks, it is also highly stable and tracks well.."

Pro-ject Xpression III, What Hi-Fi?, October 2007
The new Xpression III is awarded 4 Stars in the October issue of What Hi-Fi?
"The motor's been redesigned...more stable design...improved current delivery."
"...this model includes a more attractive, lighter - acrylic (platter) design."
"The plinth has...been improved cosmetically..."
"Build quality is good, as is the performance..."
"Midrange is vital and lively..."

So, how do we get a page added to the Vinyl Engine Library?

May I ask, is it really?
How was the motor designed previously compared to today's motor?
What means "improved current delivery"?
What means "more stable design"? does it mean it wasn't stable in the past and does it mean it is not yet completely stable?

I think I "pin pointed" the problem here:

Hi chalmh,
I'm sure you are right with all that...

But I only opened this topic because I cannot find anywhere on Vinylengine to let whoever is responsible for the Library that the Xpression is not on the Pro-ject page, or to request that it be added.

So...
Does anyone out there know who I approach? - and how? to request that this is added to the library?

Bzzzup!

Hi,
I tend to add pages in a rather random manner, collecting documents then when I have the spare time adding pages. I haven't updated the Pro-ject pages in a while but I'll take a look if there are new models.

Regards,
JaS

Hi JaS,
The Pro-Ject Xpression in not a new model, - it's now on version III and every version has been an award winner, - that's why the ommission seemed strange, so I opened this topic.

Reviews, datasheets, manuals all handy at /www.henleydesigns.co.uk

So an easy one to add to the Library.
