It was sold in Australia as a JH Formula 4.
Not sure if it was just re-badged or actually manufactured in Australia under licence but it sure looks like a Mayware to me.

Now retired and on static display in my collection of HiFi bit and pieces. Easily surpassed by modern designs but a piece history none the less.
Oh yes, that’s a Fidelity Research FR-1 hanging off the Head shell.
