Submitted on April 4th, 2008 by 33audioJim, It has been my experience that the digital chips that Technics uses are often proprietary and expensive, if you can figure out where to get them.
I would look around for a repair facility and get a quote. They will often exchange for a rebuilt board.
Oscillators and logic control means best to let experienced personnel deal with it.
Refer this to someone who does this all day long, not for the inexperienced.
