Description
The Thorens TD-316 has a superior suspended chassis with the motor and controls completely isolated from the platter and tonearm.
The unit features a six pound, resonant free platter housed in a solid wood plinth.
The TD-316 also features the TP-28 resonant free tonearm with removable headshell.

Very solid deck with neat split-chassis construction. Sound is a bit insecure in the bass, but it could suit classical lovers well - TD 316 mkII £250 HiFi Choice
