The Thorens TD115 is a semi-automatic turntable fitted with a velocity sensing electronic shut off commanding the motor to stop and the tonearm to raise.

The activation of the auto-stop process is not position dependent but fully electronic and friction free.

Motor: DC motor with 72-pole tachogenerator

Speeds: 33 and 45rpm, 33, 45 and 78rpm (mk2)

Speed control: electronic with load correction

Pitch control: +-6% with illuminated stroboscope

Platter: 1.3kg, 300mm, zinc alloy

Wow and flutter: 0.05%

Rumble: -68dB

Tonearm effective length: 222mm
