Description

A standard feature on the new SME series III precision tone arm, the FD 200 is also available separately for those who wish to update or optimise the already superb performance of the 3009 series 2 improved tone arm.

The FD 200 fluid damper is a refined, miniature 'shock absorber' which can discriminate between forces which might cause exaggerated arm motion and forces normally encountered in tracking your records.

While it never interferes with normal arm motion, the SME FD200 gently but effectively resists spurious or potentially damaging stylus forces.
