Pioneer linear tracking TT PL-L800S

Good day,

I repair above mentioned tt, because the tonearm would not go down to the record. After checking and measuring I found there is no resistance between the two poles of the geared motor. In the parts list in the service manual is nothing to be found of this item, no voltage or other information type nr. e.g.

Question: who can help me, so I can finish this job?
