Pioneer PL-4

Description

The PL-4 is an auto-return turntable. All its essential controls - speed, pitch control (with strobe), record size and cut - are grouped on the slanted front edge.

Placing a record on the platter and moving the tonearm over to it is all that is necessary to enjoy record play.

There's no need to physically touch the tonearm at any time; the arm automatically returns to its rest when play is over.

Even arm cueing is provided by an arm elevation device located at the base of the arm.

Pioneer PL-4

Just bought this turntable; lights up but doesn't spin. When I try to move arm, it just springs back...strange.
