SPU Gold is a deluxe version of Ortofon's legendary SPU cartridges of the late fifties.
In it's development, we sought to maintain as much as possible of the original construction while at the same time making a few important modifications.
Such as the incorporation of a new, elliptical diamond stylus, the use of silver windings and the entire arrangement of leads, and a more secure method of mounting in the headshell.
Outstanding sound reproduction qualities and perfect imaging make this cartridge the ideal choice for SPU lovers and all music enthusiasts.
