Driving system: belt drive

Motor: brushless and slotless DC servo motor

Platter: 30cm aluminium die-cast 3.4kg

Speeds: 33.33 and 45rpm

Pitch control: +10% -6%

Signal to noise ratio: better than 70dB

Wow and flutter: no more than 0.03% WRMS

This superbly built turntable is a fine product that offers fuss free operation. The sound was generally good, as was lab performance, and while at this price a recommendation is out of the question on value grounds, the deck is certainly worth considering - £560 HiFi Choice 1984
