Description

The Lenco L-65 is a Hi-Fi class Record Player designed especially with the serious music listener in mind.

In order to reduce possible distractions to the listener, the unit has been fully automated in all of its functions.

The platter is driven by a specially ground flat belt from a smooth running 16 pole synchronous motor. In order to eliminate vibration, the motor is attached to the steel chassis by vibration absorbing mounts.

The light weight tonearm is a first-class example of fine mechanical precision, and guarantees clear, undistorted reproduction whilst giving greatest possible protection for your records.

At the beginning of the playing cycle, the tonearm automatically moves to the preselected record diameter and then is gently lowered on to the run-in groove of the record. At the end of the record the automatic mechanism returns the tonearm to its rest and switches the unit off.

The counterweight has a direct reading scale to facilitate the accurate setting of the stylus pressure, and is coupled to the tonearm by special rubber elements which greatly reduce the resonances found in most conventional tonearms.

To eliminate the effects of external shocks and vibrations, the unit has been mounted with four viscously damped spring suspension devices.
