Kyocera PL-701


The Kyocera PL-701 features a servo-controlled DC motor with belt-drive and pitch control for fine speed adjustment.

The tonearm has electronic sensing CPU for fully-automatic operation and will accept standard 1/2 inch phono cartridges from 3-10g.

The sub-chassis is cast from CCR (Ceramic compound Resin) and the whole unit weighs in at 18lbs 5oz.

VTA Adjustment on PL 701

Can someone tell me how to adjust the tracking force on the PL 701. The counter weight on my turntable doesn't seem to want to move. Is there a screw that needs to be loosened in order to make the adjustment?
