The Ensemble Phonomaster has high gain for moving magnet or moving coil cartridges, resistive loading adjustment and an offboard power supply.

Review
With the help of Ensemble phono stage, the LP sound so fast on the bass region, and CD sounds very , very muddy in comparsion.
