Description

The model two is an air bearing, straight line tracking tonearm for precise reproduction of analogue records.

It is uniquely conceived tonearm, designed to be installed on turntables with universal mounts. It can be adapted to both solid mount (direct drive) turntables and spring suspended turntables.

It's flexibility in many cases allows it to be mounted on many decks without the need for special hardware.

Effective mass: 25-35g horizontal, 7g vertical

Height adjustment at pivot: +- 2 degrees vertical angle

Overhang adjustment: slot with 1/2" range

Resonance damping: tonearm tube and spindle are filled with closed cell foam

Maximum cartridge weight: 15g

Maximum tracking force: 7g

Pivot damping: none for vertical, horizontal damping by counterweight

Azimuth adjustment: +- 2 degrees

Spindle weight: 14g

Tonearm tube weight: 11g

Overall tonearm weight: 405g

Review

It did not take very long to discover that the ET2 was one of the world's finest-sounding tonearms.
