Replacement styli are available for mono or microgroove records, in sapphire or diamond (microgroove only)
DN6: 2 x 0.6mil sapphire
DN63: 0.6mil sapphire / 2.4mil sapphire
DN65: 0.6mil diamond
DN66: 0.6mil sapphire
DN67: 0.6mil diamond / 2.4mil sapphire

sadly most the ones I've seen in the last few years have been defectiv, the rubber suspension deteriorates. I don't think you can open them up without destroying them, they are glued tightly shut!
Dual ceramic cartridge.
Submitted on December 1st, 2009 by 1200y3Leave it to Dual to be serious about a ceramic! They even have a frequency response graph inside the manual. I am impressed. And it is a handsome cartridge too.
Simple modifications and a modern stylus /compliance will turn it into a decent electro static cartridge.
not MM but crystal

not elliptical stylus
