Phono Cartridge Analyzer
The Audio Technica AT6020 Phono Cartridge Analyzer and its associated AT6607 test record are designed to help in the measurement and evaluation of the many important performance parameters of stereo magnetic phono cartridges.
Also, these measurements will provide information concerning cartridge/tonearm compatibility, proper tracking force settings, anti-skating adjustments, cartridge alignment and wiring, etc.
With the addition of an oscilloscope, the following tests can be performed:
Low Frequency Tracking Ability
Mid Frequency Tracking Ability
High Frequency Tracking Ability
The AT6020 features selectable inputs for two stereo cartridges, selectable load resistance and capacitance values, plus both audio and oscilloscope outputs for aural and visual interpretation.
A switched AC outlet is provided for powering the turntable undergoing tests.
