Moving Magnet Phono Cartridge
The P78 is at the top of our range. It has a highly polished British 'profiled' stylus, unique to A&R, attached directly to a solid boron rod cantilever.
Boron has a significantly better stiffness-to-weight ratio than aluminium.
This, together with its sophisticated system of suspension, contributes to an outstanding audio quality particularly in the areas of transient response and high frequency detail.
