Finally - my 301 is taking on something that resembles a piece of useable equipment.
3 layer plinth - 2 types of particle board, and an experimental sprung sub-suspension.

I first tried 'compression' type springs, because that was a much simpler arrangement - just set the plinth on 10 or so little coils. That produced TERRIBLE results, almost no isolation in the horizontal plane.
